1. Pour 6fl oz of your favourite milk (to include non dairy alternatives) into a medium size stainless milk foaming jug.



2. Add 2fl oz (2-4 tablespoons) of Spiced Bombay Chai concentrate to  your jug with milk.



3. Steam the milk and chai together, stretching the milk keeping a silky microfoam and heat to your preferred temperature.



4. Pour your steamed chai into a 10 or 12oz cup or mug and serve.
